Got Storage in Peoria offers convenient drive-up storage options in a wide variety of sizes. We also offer space for parking and storing vehicles, boats and RVs. Our facility is fully fenced and secured through the use of video cameras and electronic, gated access. We also sell packing and moving supplies to make your storage experience that much easier. Discounts apply to rental fees only. 2,500.00 Secure Lease Protection Plan additional 11.00 monthly "not included in unit price". Additional coverage available 22.00 for 5,000.00 and 35.00 for 10,000.00 Please ask us about truck availability which does require a refundable cash deposit of 100.

Excellent experience! First time renting storage unit, knowledge and explained everything(as I didn't want hidden fees added ect...), gave us ALL information, very friendly, even enjoyed his Treager conversation with my husband lol.Check in was super smooth ! Definitely recommend!!! Also, made sure our unit was extra clean and good to go, we even got an upgrade with a GREAT rate ! BTW rates are the best , and they always have specials, Definitely a plus !

Admittedly, the place is a bit annoying to get to. But other than that the employee that set me up was awesome and super nice. The price is very good for what I'm getting. The gentleman made sure to over everything I needed to know before signing the contract.

I was told by the manager that my Harley Davidson would fit in a 5x10 storage locker and that my 12 ft. utility trailer would fit in one of the outdoor parking spaces. The Harley wouldn't even fit through the door! If the space for the trailer had been a back in or pull through space it would have been fine, unfortunately this was not the case. It was an end to end space, (Parallel parking required) with a car at the back of the space and a full sized pickup bed camper at the front. These were so close to either end that it was impossible to maneuver my trailer in between them. Just a little FYI, I am a general contractor with 40 years of backing up and parking all shapes and sizes of trailers. Skill was not the issue. Which brings me to the manager (that lives on site)...... He wasn't there. The young man that was there, was more than helpful and apologetic. He managed to get me a space (for a higher price) that I could park the trailer, with the bike in it, until I could find something more suited to my needs. If I based my rating solely on this young man's assistance, customer service and professionalism, I would give 5 stars! Last, I was, and am, extremely disappointed in the fact that even though my property was only stored for 2 days until I made other arrangements, the manager would not refund the prorated balance of what I had paid!!! His statement when I asked for a refund on the unused time was, "I can't help you there. We only pro-rate the rental price, not refunds." My advice would be to rent elsewhere if at all possible. Ed was great in letting us move in quickly because we were forced off campus with the virus pandemic. Helped us out and was understanding when we didn’t give him the proper information originally (whoops). Nice and close and easy to get too. Great price as well.

After constant price increases at my former storage facility, Got Storage is refreshing. They give 50% off the first 3 full months, are convenient to the W, NW and SW of the Phoenix metro area, and provide some nice “xtras” the big corps feel they don’t need to offer, like a moving truck that you only need to pay gas for. I’m pleased to be doing business with them.

I rented here about a year ago and found them to be accommodating and helpful. Once I was coming into town late and would not be able to arrive before they closed. One call to the office and he allowed me in after hours to unload. Good people here. Very well kept grounds and lockers. Also the price I could find in the area. I strongly recommend them. I've sent friends there and they tell me they are very happy with them. Kind of hard to get into but WELL WORTH A LITTLE DRIVE. I'd give a 10 if I could.

I can't say enough good things about this facility. They have a free truck for the day and just have to pay for gas. The entire property is secure and single level. The office staff Ed May - Manager and Andrea are really friendly and flexible to your needs. The rent is competitive and they have move-in specials that were unbeatable. Check them out!

I had an extremely inconvenient experience from the first day. No one was helpful, they would say they would call back and never did. My code for the gate never worked during the 2 months, I had to call multiple times to have them let me in to the storage facility. On the way out the first night I was locked in because the code they gave me did not let me out and I had to wait for the police to arrive. When I was ready to move I sent an email with my frustrations and Ed, the manager, he reached out and was way more helpful than all the other employees I spoke to. He’s the only reason I didn’t give a one star. I still moved out but if I ever went back I would ask to only deal with Ed.

The staff was great and helpful. The location was good. We moved from Benson Az and the transition into the storage was not very convenient. It was on the second floor and the hall light had no bulbs in it. So our unit was dark. But other than it was great.
